This is not a comprehensive list as most owners, while not trying to sell their properties, would sell if the right offer came along. Several restaurants are also included. All asking prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are those set by the owner and in most cases include the goodwill and, clientel, and advertising positions they current enjoy on popular websites such as Belize.com. Some of the properties may be listed with real estate agencies under different prices.
